Network Rail own, operate, maintain and develop the railway infrastructure in England, Scotland and Wales. That’s 20,000 miles of track, 30,000 bridges, tunnels and viaducts and the thousands of signals, level crossings and stations. They manage 20 of the country’s largest stations. Their graduate schemes offer the expert training and professional development needed to build a secure and successful future. Network Rail offer two distinct graduate pathways: Engineering and Business. Within the Engineering pathway, they have three specialised schemes available: Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering. The Business pathway includes a wide range of schemes, such as IT, Finance, and many more. Opportunities are available across the country. Whether applicants are looking to spend a year with Network Rail or just a summer, they’ll give them the chance to experience their culture, discover what a career with them is like and gain exposure to projects and possibilities.
