There are opportunities in audit, tax and consulting – study routes will depend on the business area chosen. All options are fully funded by RSM. RSM understands that students in higher education want to gain work-related experience to build confidence and develop professional and personal skills. The six to eight week paid internship programme is designed to maximise learning and growth. There’s even the potential to complete the programme and return to their final year of study with a graduate job offer. RSM’s programmes offer variety, with a mixture of college study, working towards the qualifications needed to fulfil the role and on the job training from senior members of the business to put experience into play. The time spent at college will be highly dependent on the qualifications students are working towards. RSM offers the qualifications to fulfil any role, including the ACA and level 7 equivalent qualifications. Students have access to internal training including national and service line sessions to help them become a trusted adviser to their clients. Qualification pathways include: Association of Chartered Accountants – (ACA, ICAS or CIA), Association of Tax Technicians (ATT)Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Certificate, Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) Degree Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA).
