A unique Intern Collaboration Project allows participants to solve real business challenges and present to senior leaders. These programmes help students build practical skills, expand professional networks and prepare for future career opportunities in a supportive environment. Siemens supports Finance and Commercial graduates in achieving professional accounting qualifications, covering associated fees while combining practical experience with formal study. Graduate programmes include structured development pathways, learning modules and training designed to build technical, commercial and professional skills.
