The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a three-year rotational graduate scheme designed to prepare graduates for business leadership roles. Offering a wide range of opportunities across Unilever’s diverse functions of Human Resources, Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Research and Development (R&D) and Technology Management. The programme is ideal for passionate graduates with fresh ideas who are eager to gain exposure to real-world challenges and make a meaningful impact from day one. All degree levels and disciplines are accepted, except for the R&D and Supply Chain streams which require a STEM degree background. Unilever offers industrial placements for students who are completing a year in industry as part of their degree and apprenticeship programmes which are inclusive to anyone who meets the requirements. All new joiners are given real responsibility from day one and have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business. Alongside this, individuals receive one-to-one mentoring and support to aid their development and help them achieve their goals. They work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to genuine business outcomes. The programmes provide a variety of experiences, enabling individuals to learn, grow, develop personally and professionally, build confidence and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. Through these experiences, they also gain exposure to projects linked to some of the world’s most loved brands.
