Each year AECOM offer around 100 summer and industrial placement opportunities. Summer placements are 6-12 weeks and industrial placements 12 months. This gives graduates the opportunity to develop technical and industry knowledge, experience the AECOM culture, and demonstrate their skills and attributes which may lead to a permanent graduate opportunity. All graduates are enrolled on their structured early careers development programme, providing a flexible, high touch learning experience to ensure they receive guidance, resources and opportunities for long term growth and success. This includes in-person events, formal training on business, technical and digital skills, mentoring, support towards professional qualifications, and regional networking opportunities. AECOM support flexible, hybrid working and offer 16 paid hours a year to volunteer for causes graduates care about. Beach clean-up? STEM mentoring?
