Roles are open to students from all degree disciplines. The Summer Internship Programme is an eight-week programme for penultimate-year undergraduate and master’s students. Interns gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects and take part in mentoring, networking and development opportunities. The firm also offers Quantitative Master’s Internships, 12-Month Placement Programmes and Off-Cycle Internships, depending on location and business area. Opportunities are available across investments, technology, analytics, client business, operations and corporate functions. Graduates join a structured programme that includes onboarding, technical and professional skills training, mentoring, networking and exposure to senior leaders.
