SPARK is a nine-month development programme for undergraduate students, combining in-person experiences with virtual learning to provide an in-depth introduction to life at a global law firm. Global Virtual Internships are open to students worldwide, offering more than 60 hours of interactive content developed by experts across Clifford Chance’s international network. Through their Insight Days, students can engage with current issues shaping the legal sector, connect with lawyers from across the firm and gain a deeper understanding of what a future career at Clifford Chance could look like. From the moment they sign their Training Contract, graduates are supported by dedicated supervisors, mentors and development specialists committed to helping them succeed. Through regular feedback, tailored guidance and on-the- job learning, they have the support to develop their skills, build confidence and make the most of every opportunity throughout their training contract.
