A series of development sessions cover a broad range of topics, with the goal of preparing graduates for future success at Dyson. Dyson offers both summer and year-long placements for students in their engineering and group functions. The internship programme connects academic theory with practical experience, and students gain valuable insights into professional applications through mentorships and exposure to cutting-edge practices. Regardless of which early careers programme, graduates and students will network with senior leaders and continue into the Dyson talent pipeline following completion of their programme.
