Participants are supported by their performance manager, training plans, mentorship, and the chance to learn from fellow peers. In addition, insight programmes are available for students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, Black Heritage, or students with disabilities. Many of these paid opportunities include a final assessment; guaranteeing participants a place on their chosen programme for the following year.
