Its next intake of graduate schemes, placements, and apprenticeships will go live in November 2024. It offers a wide range of opportunities in different functions and sites across the UK, including HR, sales, supply chain, engineering, technical leadership and more. The graduate schemes last between 2-3 years and offer a starting salary of £32,000. Nestlé also offers financial support for graduates and apprentices who are required to relocate at the start of the scheme. Nestlé recognises that everyone’s needs are different and it encourages those applying to come and talk to them about how it can support candidates through the application and assessment process. Before joining, successful applicants will be able to visit their workplace and get a feel for the culture. On the scheme, new joiners will meet with their cohort on graduate weeks, with collaborative sessions designed to provide the space to learn, innovate, solve and inspire!
