Every year, Airbus looks for people with the ambition, enthusiasm, and talent to help them pioneer sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world. Students and recent graduates can apply to join Airbus’ graduate programmes across the company’s businesses with teams in engineering, finance, marketing, communications, procurement, cyber, and many more. New graduates will be based at one of five sites in the UK, or at one of Airbus’ sites in Europe, Asia, or the Americas. The Airbus Global Graduate Programme (AGGP) sees graduates joining teams around the world on a development pathway that will assist their growth into skilled positions. Airbus offers more than 100 12-month placement experiences each year at several of their UK sites. Placements are across all departments and a multitude of functions. Students are immersed in their team’s activities, given high levels of responsibility, and supported to deliver projects impacting Airbus’ products and teams both locally and around the world. At Airbus graduates are given opportunities to develop their technical and soft skills as part of the graduate programme. In addition, everyone at Airbus has access to thousands of online training solutions for use at any time. Graduates work in several teams during the programme to help with a broad understanding of the company. For example, they may join the engineering programme, but spend time with the finance, manufacturing, or public affairs team, depending on individual development needs.
