Joining as an associate consultant, graduates are exposed to a range of sectors, after which they will specialise in one of the Capabilities and sectors within Capgemini Invent. All graduates can access over 250,000 learning resources, technical training, and industry certifications. This is driven by Capgemini’s digital learning platform ‘Next’ and their ‘learning for all’ mindset.
